• It has better cpu performance but worse gpu performance because of the 6gb vram and lower clock speed. So for video editing, and nvidia optimized games, yes it will have better performance

• I pretty sure intel 12gen i7 CPU is better than Ryzen 9 if you don't care about the mobility performance (battery consuming)
