This would be suitable for photoshop. It’s the most powerful when used plugged in but it would even work find if you had to use just the battery.

The laptop does run hot under heavy usage (intensive programs or games). I would recommend running it on a cooling pad of some sort if you plan on using it for longer periods of time. It is a pretty amazing laptop with regards to having lots of power in a small portable package. I have been very happy with mine.
