you need a repaste friend. that is not proper n good.  the heatsink isn't making good contact with the cpu...I bet the heat ramps up super fast and then goes down just as fast?...no good contact.

It should not be overheating.  Mine never overheats even when unloading intense loads for hours.  Id exchange it asap before you can't return it.
