The ASUS GU603VI features an IPS screen type and a screen brightness of 250 nits. As for the RAM, the empty slot supports DDR4(3200MHz), Dual Channel memory, not DDR5. You can upgrade the RAM to a maximum of 48GB by adding a compatible 32GB DDR4 module to the existing 16GB of onboard memory.
