A:AnswerI have had no issue with the brand new one I bought, I love the machine. GEEK Squad certified is not a bad option as it is certified through geek squad and is pretty much brand new, has just been opened. Although you wouldn’t be saving that much money on certified products, I do recommend buying the geek squad protection though! Because for laptops it’s full accidental protection so literally whatever happens to it, it’ll be replaced or fixed with a new one or what ever is comparable at the time
