I opened mine up to add a second PCIe SSD and I took a pic of the memory module while I had the M16 opened up. You should be able to look up the specs based on the Samsung P/N. I took one of the wireless card too, just in case anyone is interested. ... and one more of the whole motherboard. I hope this helps.
