“I got this laptop and its great, but sometimes the screen randomly goes black for like 3 seconds and then turns back on, I haven’t had the laptop for that long either. I’m not sure if this has happened to anybody or if there’s a fix. Please help?”

Not knowing your situation, that characteristic is usually indicative to the laptop trying to switch to HDR mode, but this model doesn't have the Nebula HDR display variant. Look into your hdr settings.
