What really comes into play when asking this question is, what titles are you going to be playing in VR?
I would say a game like beat saber should be fine, but the laptop will end up running very hot using most of it's processing power.
if you plan on running this with race/flying simulators and a something like a Pimax headset, you might have problems keeping this thing cool enough to perform optimally.
