Hello Hany. Differences between processors may vary depending on the generation and technology. For the same chip series I9-10 series and I7-10 series heat and power use are about the same so overall heat should be similar. The I9 series of chips have more cores generally so are faster overall. This is the main difference: more cores and (sometimes faster clock speeds).
