If you are not getting an internet access or connection, please check the router's settings, ensure it matches the security credentials from the Starlink network. Additionally, check if the router is within 30 feet to the ISP's modem, if not wired by a network cable, and ISP's internet service or connection is working properly or stable. Furthermore, we recommend updating the router's firmware if it running with an older version.
