“I tried hooking this to my new modem with Spectrum and it won't connect to the internet. The light stays red and it says no internet connection. Is this not compatible with Spectrum? I was told it was from the guy at the store, but it's not working.”

Yes, we tried hooking it up but without it connecting to the internet nothing happened. It kept saying there was no WAN.
