• It will work with any ISP provided they give you an ethernet cable as the output.

• You can use this with any Internet Provider. With AT&T, they usually provide you with an all-in-one Modem/Router combo device, but if you wanted to use your own Router (This one) in lieu of theirs, then you would just need either have them disable the routing in the device they provide, or if you're comfortable enough, disable the routing and have the AT&T Device used as only a Modem.
