• That’s more of a question for Asus than Best Buy. Most places will not void the warranty but in just a consumer like you.

• Yes you will lose warranty. Pro tip: If it breaks down you better take out the 32 GB sticks and replace em with original to pretend like nothin happened and it still in warranty
