Can i use the laptop with 220 voltage in Bulgaria? null

The charging adapter shows an input voltage of 100v - 240v. The laptop also charges with a 100w USB C transformer and cable.

Look at the power adapter. Mine says 100 to 240V 50-60 Hz making it an international ready for most countries. You will probably need a plug adapter.
