Replying to the Question improperly placed by Mark: OK, first of all, please don't use the "Answer" area on Best Buy's websites to pose questions. This creates confusion and makes it more difficult for others to search out their own questions and answers. Stay in the proper lane. Second. The reference to the 32GB limit is meant to apply to the computer as a whole; that is what you will find on the Asus website. However, my own, brief research suggests that it can use up to 64GB--it just wasn't tested for that amount by Asus. You might want to perform your own, deep-dive into this question, if you are seriously interested. Third. RAM can be very finicky, so I suggest staying with the Asus-provided guidelines on speed, type, form factor, etc., which is 4800 MHz. Since that is what you can find, I don't see any problem, but if you insist on buying inappropriately configured RAM, and don't mind having to send it back when you realize how useless it is, go for it. If you're lucky, you'll only find that it works at the lower speed, due to motherboard bus limitations.
