NVIDIA has paired 12 GB GDDR6X memory with the GeForce RTX 4070, which are connected using a 192-bit memory interface which is used in desktops. But, NVIDIA has paired 8 GB GDDR6 memory with the GeForce RTX 4070 Mobile, which are connected using a 128-bit memory interface which is used in laptops.
