“I just bought this & when I connect the hdmi cord into the port for the monitor and my Xbox series S, the screen is black and it says out of range. Input is on hdmi, Xbox is on but does not display on screen. It worked perfectly fine on my laptop”

• Weird as it may sound, try swapping the hdmi cords. Had this same problem on a different monitor. Swapped the cord and poof! It worked. Couldn’t tell you why it worked, but it did.
