I don't know how a laptop from that generation would run honestly... what I can tell you from experience is if I run OBS for twitch and play destiny 2 I can reliably run it at half the speeds you're asking about at the same resolutions. I have yet to see Destiny 2 run at a regular frame rate of anything above 90 in actual gameplay in high or ultra. Couldn't tell you about Doom Eternal, but you could probably keep it over 100 fps.
