Single channel ram or dual channel? null

The laptop uses dual-channel RAM.

Asus response is a little misleading. This laptop SUPPORTS dual channel RAM but comes with a single 8gb stick of ddr4 3200mhz RAM so therefor it comes single channel. Definitely upgradable to 32gb (2x16gb) though
