2TB m.2-2280 NVMe SSD's start around $190 and go upwards of $3-400. I highly recommend the Western Digital SN750 2TB, it is about $245 on Amazon at the moment. The Western Digital SN550 2TB is cheaper at about $212 on Amazon but will be a little slower and doesn't feature any DRAM cache like the SN750 has. You should have no problems installing a 16GB or 32GB RAM kit, not sure about 64GB though. Just make sure it is 260-pin DDR4. The installed stick is an 8GB 3200 MHz CL22 stick, and a 2x8GB kit of 3200 CL16 is about $100-120.
