- Answer The ASUS V500 Desktop does support additional internal storage. It offers two M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 slots for SSDs, along with two SATA 6Gb/s ports and an optional 3.5" HDD rack/assembly kit, making it possible to install a traditional hard drive.
