“Hi, I just purchased this and installed the drivers and can't get it connected to the internet. It can find the networks but won't connect, and windows troubleshooting says it's an error with the adapter. Any solutions? (Windows 7)”

• Reboot your computer before plugging in the USB dongle to load the drivers. If that doesn't work.. unplug the dongle. Reinstall the drivers. Reboot. Plug the dongle back in.

• The Windows troubleshooter is notoriously vague and unhelpful. I would disregard what it says. If you are able to see a list of available wireless networks that would indicate that the adapter is functioning. Double check the password you entered? Maybe try it in a different machine to see if it works on that one.
