Absolutely! I use it on my desktop in a USB 3.1 or 2.0 slot. Good range for connecting my PS4 Dual shock, wireless headphones and a sound bar. Very good product.

Yes, I connected it to my son's PC for PS4 controller pairing, it would work with Xbox controller natively. I stream music to bluetooth headphones with one as well.

If it has a USB port than it will if it doesn’t have a USB port promptly throw the PC away and get a new one
