No. This won't work, because the computer inside your TV would need a driver (i.e. software) to communicate with this USB adapter, and there is no such software. The way to interface your TV audio to Bluetooth is to buy a Bluetooth Audio Adapter. You would plug this into the audio output of your TV (or any other source of audio) and it would transmit the audio via Bluetooth. You would have to make sure that whatever audio adapter you buy has an audio input connector type that is compatible with the audio output connector of your TV. For examples search BestBuy for "bluetooth audio adapter."
