• A:Answer Hard to say it. I think it depends on the computer. It didnt work for me when trying to connect air pods to a pretty old laptop. Laptop was 6+ years old. Sorry for the vague answer. But the adapter itself works well.

• A:Answer Probably not. Most smart TV’s already have Bluetooth built in. If yours does not, then the software likely is not there, so plugging in the USB dongle would likely not do anything.
