Does a ps4 pro run 4K on this monitor null

Not really since the Display is max up to 1080. It will rescale the image.

This is a 1080p monitor, so it's limited to 1080 resolution regardless of the device you are using. In order to run anything in 4k, you will need to purchase a 4k/2160p/UHD tv or monitor, which have 4x the resolution of 1080p displays such as this ASUS. This ASUS 24" monitor does have HDMI and build in speakers, so you can play a PS4 or XBox on this monitor without any problems, but it will only display up to 1080 resolution.
