Yes. I bought this monitor for my Xbox One console & it's the greatest purchase I ever spent. That 1m Response Time is worth it. Make sure you put it in FPS Mode so that it reads the frame data when playing Multiplayer games like Gears of War 4, Overwatch, or fighting games.

It would be Okay for a PS4, Xbox, or any other Console that requires an HDMI input.

Yes, it is viable for console gaming as well. Has two HDMI ports.

Yes, you can use 2 if you wanted. It comes with 2 low input lag HDMI ports.

Yes, comes with HDMI cable included as well to get started.
