“when I use my headset with this monitor i get no sound but with another one i do HELP”

• Are you plugged into the line-in port? This is so you can use the monitor speakers to play another device, which I don't know why you would want to do since the sound from them is horrible. You may also want to change the volume on the monitor under the settings. Alternatively, why don't you just plug your headphones into the pc?

• Use an audio cable from your computer to the “Audio In” port, then plug your headphones into the “headphone” port. Turn up the sound and you should hear it from there.
