• Assuming you have an Xbox one or PS4 with those games you can hook up your consoles with this monitor and it’ll work but if you don’t have either and want a pc you would need one. This product is just a monitor not a built pc

• If you have a console with a HDMI cable you can play the games with this monitor, if you have no computer to run the computer games then no you can not play the games with a monitor by it's self.
