“I use to have two have two monitors this one an an old monitor when I had both connected I had 60hz . I unplugged the old monitor and wanted to switch back to 75hz but whenever I choose 75hz the screen says hdmi no signal. what should I do? Thanks”

You may need to verify whether or not your HDMI cable supports that, you can also try swapping out your HDMI cable as well.
