Will this monitor be good enough for playing on the Xbox One as I have been told the Xbox One can only hold 60 Herts, also it has a VGA input on the side, how do I swap to go on Internet and swap back again to gaming? null

This monitor has console mode built into the tech, so I am assuming yes.
 It has 2 hdmi cables, so you can hook up your PC and console to it at once, and it has a button to easily switch back and forth.

You can switch between them like you would switch between input channels on a tv and yes it's great for all gaming

Yes, this is perfect for an Xbox One. If you want to swap between your computer and the console just press the input button on the side to switch to the proper input (VGA)
