Will this monitor work with nvidia graphics cards? null

Yes, I use it with a Geforce GTX 1060 6GB. Freesync has no effect of course for Nvidia cards, but it's OFF by default.

Yes I have that brand of graphics and cant say it has any problems. Looks and works great

yes, i am running 960 gtx at 75 hz. no problem, a little tuning on color and brightness and it looks great

Yes, Nvidia cards will work fine. I use a GeForce gtx 1060 with this monitor.
