Will the monitor break if placed in a suitcase? null

As long as the monitor is passed and disconnected from the stand, the monitor is a great quality and should survive being in a suitcase.

If suitcase is made from concrete or flaming hot magma, yes. If suitcase is composed of standard suitcase material, a towel around wrapped the monitor should provide adequate protection, allowing the monitor to, in fact, not break when placed inside of the suitcase. Best bet would be to get a case for the monitor when traveling, though.
