• Just received this laptop today. I can confirm this laptop has basic sound for media or light gaming. It's not the best quality but it's ok.

• Speakers are low sounding. I would not use it without headphones

• All laptops have built-in speakers. And all are pretty crappy (IMO). Recommend external speakers or headphones.
