- Answer Yes this DOES have a backlit keyboard. I dont know why the spec description says it does not. It DOES has backlighting. 3 levels in fact.

- Answer The screen or display resolution is in Full HD, The display settings can be adjusted from the Display Properties base on your personal preferences. Make sure WINDOWS Update and the display driver are current.

QuestionMy laptop came with Office 365 preloaded on it. I need to register Office 365 to make it permanent: however, the Office 365 registration code was not in the box with the computer. Is this just a trial version of Office 365?

- Answer If no audio signal is coming out from the internal speakers, please check the Volume Control properties and verify if the volume level was not muted and set to the correct listening level. Also, check if the internal speakers are selected as the output device.
