Yes it does! Though I would recommend that you also buy a wireless mouse from Best Buy for only about $19 and they work really really well! I for one am new to laptops and the mouse helped me out a lot! But the laptop does come with everything you need! Paul apps

Not a separate cable. It has a charger where the cord is permanently connected. The charger is fairly small and is only two prong.
