This is a great computer and for the price you can't beat it. My own suggestion is to check and see if photo shop has a minimum storage recommendation as this only has 512GB storage. As far as files go all my word documents and photos and everything is saved to storage, OneDrive, so that is not an issue and you can also hook up an external hard drive to this via one the USB ports .
