“One review said that this model is not recommended to run Adobe Products like photoshop. I am wondering why? What is the problem if I try to install photoshop software, or just adobe PDF?”

The minimum specification graphics card is a GTX 1050 or equivalent. This laptop does not have a dedicated graphics card. You can open a PDF with this machine, but not run Photoshop.
