A:Answer24 GB by putting in a 16 GB stick. Or put in an 8 GB stick to serrle for 16 GB. Not sure if DDR4-3200 speed RAM comes in 32 GB capacity but if so and this machine recognizes it, then 40 GB may be a possibility.
A:AnswerYes. You will want probably an external 27” monitor for more screen realestate (try to check out if the HDMI Out will support QHD otherwise go for FHD or FHD+). You also want to upgrade RAM to at least 16 GB maybe 24 GB (see other answers). CPU is plenty fast (about as fast as Apple M1).
