Can you add a second PCIe NVme drive to this laptop? null

My question refers to the 17", not the 14" as you indicated

Unfortunately, the ASUS K3704VA (Vivobook Go 14) only supports a single M.2 NVMe SSD drive. It does not have an additional slot for a second PCIe NVMe drive.
