“Has anyone had issues with laptop not coming out of sleep state. I couldn't get it come back on. Screen was not coming. The screen was just black!”

• I just click the power button once if it's already on quick but if it's off I hold it till lights on keyboard turn on and if nothing connect to battery and wait 5min before you try holding power button

• Yes - all the time! I took it into best buy support and they weren't able to help. They said if I wanted to get it really looked at, I would have to send it off for a few weeks. Would not recommend to others - super annoying
