Yes, and even full sized dual fan graphics cards. I have a full rx580 in this baby and it runs beautifully. IMPORTANT remember check power requirements of gpu before buying a card that needs more than the 300 watt psu installed in some computers. I replaced the psu with a 550 watt which is fairly easy but look on how to do that.
