QuestionWhere is the Media Reader on this machine? I can not see it from the pictures.

- Answer The media reader is actually underneath the bottom of the monitor of this machine next to a 5th usb port. You have tilt the screen backwards to better access it. I love it. What a great idea.

- Answer Screen on mine did go bad after 3 months of use. But yes, there is an hdmi port to connect an external monitor.

- Answer Not easily. I had my Best Buy store try to upgrade the ssd & ram on the one I purchased & after getting it apart they couldn't get the motherboard out to access the ssd & ram as they are under mb.
