“Just purchased this laptop, which works really well. But when charging it is slow and doesn’t go full, it charges only till 79%, then it drags fast. Help!”

• Go into MyAsus and alter the battery performance from balanced to full capacity. I have not had issues with slow charging, but I have never used the AC to USB C charger that the laptop shipped with.
