The ram is soldered onto the motherboard itself so it isn’t upgradable without professional methods sadly, so you’ll have to buy the ram that comes with the laptop (which I believe can go up to 16 gb from what I’ve seen so far) The internal storage can be upgraded, however this laptop uses an M.2 NVMe slot (I believe there’s only one SSD slot which would be taken up already with the storage you buy that comes with the laptop so you’d have to swap and transfer the data from your old SSD to the new one)
