“I have the volume turned up to the max in settings but the call volume and speaker phone volume are so low I can hardly hear the caller, any way to fix this? Anyone else with this problem?”

• Try going into the settings of your phone and change the volume there.

• There's three different volumes on ZenUI. If all three are up, you have a defective unit more than likely. If you are on a call and turn the volume up while In call mode, it will normally fix it as well. Good luck.
