• WiFi will not be available in this generation. I don't know if GPS is built in the watch or just piggybacks off the phone.

• I received the update yesterday and that did not give us WiFi. Supposedly this watch does not have all the components to activate WiFi. No NFC

• It does not have GPS/WIFI/NFC, It depends on your phone for those things. But then again, it's better looking and does what a watch is supposed to do.
