• DOCSIS is relevant for cable modem functionality, which is not applicable for this device. This device is designed to provide WiFi only. You will need a cable modem in addition to this unit. Having the cable modem and WiFi router as separate devices will minimize the impact of repairs, device replacements, or provider changes.
