“I can not hear caller though they hear me.what is the problem, anyone?”

• You may have accidently adjusted the volume all the way down. Try this: Push the Home/Flash button as if you were making a call, then push the top part of the silver circular button. The volume gauge should respond. A series of bars will go up as you increase volume, and go down as you decrease volume. I hope this helps.
