You may have accidently turned the volume all the way down. Try this: push the Home/Flash button as if you were placing a call, then push the top part of the silver circular button. The volume gauge should appear, and a series of bars will go up as you increase volume, and go down as you decrease volume. Push the top to make the phone louder, the bottom to lower the volume. I hope this will help.
